Im ready for wintertime and set the clock an hour back.

Usually 10pm - 6 am. Gotta wake up around 6.
But last week it was midnight to about 7 am and just couldnt get out of bed. Its also much too warm for the time of year.

right now it's 4am to 12pm, last week it was 11 to 10

it will probably take me 3-4 weeks to get back to normal and I'll likely maintain it for only 2-3 weeks.

After a lifetime of late nights and subsequent hard/tired mornings I’ve finally managed to regulate my sleep to something approaching “normal”. Will go to bed 10:30/11pm and get up 7:30/8am. Life is a lot better this way.
