100% everything you said. I’ve never seen such a powerful, emotionally conscious show and I never will again. Got into it right as it went off the air in 2005. I watched it again for about the 5th time in May and it still hits hard like the first time. I can’t say enough great things about it. Michael C. Hall is my favorite actor because of his portrayal of David. Every character is so insanely fleshed out and HUMAN. This show is simply a masterpiece. I would love to watch it from the beginning with someone that’s never seen it and watch them as they experience it.
