I don't have a dead cut off but I guess I generally don't consume it after dinner times.

Early afternoon. I have a quota for 2 cups a day. Once I've had that I don't have any more. I also avoid drinking on weekends to keep my addiction in check.

Not a cawfee drinker, but when I drink pop (on and off pop drinker wish I would quit buying the shit) I wont drink any past 8 or so
