i am currently experiencing a crisis with my hands. getting some really bad pain in all my finger knuckles. i'm scared it could be some kind of early arthritis but i've also noticed i wake up with my fists clenched sometimes. i started taking vitamin d + k to see if that helps before i go to the doc

i used to have this same problem, once i started trying to calm down an hour or so before sleep i started sleeping better and it went away

try avoiding screens and drinking chamomile tea
