honestly, i think i've been experiencing some weird derealization and/or some anhedonia since my dad died. i don't feel depressed or sad, i'm just incredibly apathetic towards most things these days. i think i might be heading toward recovering from it but i still feel very autopilot'ish and when i reflect on moments where i was out with people or whatever i get this weird feeling like i wasn't paying attention the entire time or seemed absent. i've attempted to post this a few times in the last year or so but i usually don't because i don't care

it hasn't caused any problems oddly, work is fine, family is fine, etc. i'm just on background mode these days

it may help to keep in contact with friends and family, especially in person contact, and try not to always be in your room by yourself on the computer
