Back at the job, three days a week for four hours. It's okay to leave the house again. We're discussing how we can improve things this month. The human recources lady is "stroke me, for i wish to orgasm" not great at her job to put it that way. I've got to prepare stuff or she will run over me. I asked for therapy at the doctors, did an online questionnaire and I'm scoring high on stress and depression

Could this be right, I never considered it

Could be right. Keep an eye out it, man. I've been there and also currently on edge at my job.

i don't feel good lately, i think i might have sleep apnea or something going on. i've had some long term throat issue for over a year now that i think is causing it. i'm waking up super tired and generally just don't feel good. i've got a doc appointment schedule but it's like 2-3 weeks out

Def get a referral for a sleep doctor. CPAPs help and you get used to them. They can test you for it remotely from home with a loaner machine to see what helps you best. Sleep studies in facilities are no fun glad they aren’t always needed now.

I'm fucking burned out. My schedule has been 10+ hour days for awhile now. This is by far the most I've put in in a week though.

It's not just physically taxing either, all the shit I have going on at work is a hell of a mental drain too.

Between that, the hard-on bearer who leap frogged into the manager seat, and the most knowledgeable hard-on bearer possibly leaving. I have no idea how long I'll stick around.
