But there is one hot dog place in Tilburg that uses free range pigs from a farmer close by with amazing recipes.

I live at the Belgian border now, and not in Tilburg anymore. but still in the lands of nether.

That must have been the source of confusion then.
I went through that region in my younger days (yes, as an annoying tourist) and it was awesome. I realize living and working somewhere is very different from visiting on vacation, but that was some breathtaking architecture in really cool landscapes. Unfortunately from what I can remember I did not consume any hotdogs

The hotdog thing here isn't very big. This place I mentioned is coincidentally close to where I live and making great food.
