Plantar Fasciitis
Anyone else deal(t) with this?
Mine has gotten so bad I no longer get relief it just hurts to the point I can’t walk which is a double edge sword because not moving makes it worse too
I can’t get an appointment with my gp until next week and who knows when I’ll get a referral to see if it is in fact still plantar fasciitis or something else.

Re: Plantar Fasciitis
never diagnosed but pretty sure i've dealt with this. I started using a foot roller throughout the day and it helped a lot
there are lots of videos on youtube that go over stretches that will help

So my doctor thinks its either stress fractures or bone spurs
I lived barefoot for the last two years and started a strenuous hiking regime the last month.

Re: Plantar Fasciitis
Have had this issue for 2 yrs now... Rollers, balls, stretching of my calves, custom made shoe soles... it helps but nothing cures it for me so far.
Going to my physio this week for therapy. Maybe dry needling but I hope shockwave therapy.

For me it gets worse with inactivity actually, and gets better while walking around.
