2023 sleep schedule
10pm - 3ish. If I go back to sleep it just makes me feel sluggish so I just stay awake. Those 5 hours especially those 2 hours before midnight do the trick
Even on my days off, though I do kinda miss sleeping in
Has your sleeping pattern changed here is in here is 2023

Re: 2023 sleep schedule
I did it while I was being a complete boozebag. There'd be days I got off and just started drinking and crash sometime that night. Probably wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't such a piece of shit at the time.

Re: 2023 sleep schedule
10 pm to 6 am.
Sometimes 6:30 am but then I need to really get up.
Some people are fine with 5 hours. It's just genetics. I really need 7 to 8 hours.

Re: 2023 sleep schedule
Time in a half compensates
My brother is easy and if he is asleep i can work on my side job and craft/prep to ship orders. Just gotta keep an ear open so I know if hes up.
I have had clients it is hard and restocking like at target you are not compensated enough in my opinion. One client was a chain smoker and porn addict who thought he could drive. Keeping him from running out was very tricky but he got easier as I learned how to work him. Thats the trick learn your client and play to them def not for everyone esp night shifts.
