It doesn't even matter anymore. The .0000001% will get what they want.

They have nothing to gain by doing so. The party of fuck you I got mine owes him nothing at this point - the SC has already ruled against him in other cases.

Are you high? They declined the expedited ruling about immunity and taking a candidate, who is not even charged with insurrection, off the ballot for insurrection is extremely not legal. Even leftists and democrats as well as moderates like myself see the issues with this ruling and potential precedent it sets.
Not to mention it strengthens bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea’s lead.
Shit like removing a popular candidate makes people feel disenfranchised its not a smart move.

juiceless ron couldn't win the republican primary even if DT were vaporized. he's probably trailing ramaswamy at this point
the democrats have signaled they're entirely fine with the current state of affairs w/r/t the supreme court, so the court has a free hand to intervene or to not intervene as it suits their political objectives. while they do have to make some concessions here and there to preserve the appearance of legitimacy, where elections specifically are concerned this isn't really a major area of concern for them. an institution that can survive bush v gore has nothing to fear from tinkering with some questions of ballot access here and there.

Giuliani files for bankruptcy
There are consequences to a coup attempt, you can't deny that now. You US folk might be a little cynical but the rest of the free world still loves you. Get this right and lock him up

Ah, so you only want democracy if it fits your narrative. The hypocrisy...
Not that I believe true democracy still exists. Like Nick said, the 0.0000001% will still get their way.
