sourdough is tougher than most. biting and chewing it can be annoying. i haven't experienced this with other bread species

Drove an hour outside the city and parked myself in a few different fields to take in the aurora borealis last night. it was really cloudy and was about to give up but then they appeared on the horizon! First time seeing them in person - it was awesome.

Did a “zero k” race where the goal is to go as slow as possible (while still moving) and come in last place. Out of 100 or so people I came in 3rd to last. And yeah, I was drinking a pint of Guinness while I did it. I won another pint of Guinness lol (they were the sponsor)
