saw Municipal Waste on Sunday. Torche opened for them.

it was a great show, I actually got in the pit and stage dove during MW's set. they had a circle pit going during their entire set. saw them once before like 8 years ago when they opened for gwar and they were great then - they were even better this time. Torche was cool but seemed really out of place. :santa:

MW is fantastic live. I got to see em on the Hazardous Mutation tour. Ryan was cool as fuck when I interviewed him, then he made fun of me for being proper. It was cool.
Humor ist nichts nichts Normales, also niemand der normal ist, braucht Humor...Humor braucht man nur, um von sowas tief in einem drin abzulenken, so dieses Gefühl von Unausgeglichenheit, diese nagende, kratzende Leere, die man so in sich spürt.

yeah they seem to have a good sense of humor.
 
see: the projection screen on stage is owned by the venue and they usually get the bands to put their logo up there while they play. MW chose a scene from the movie Friday instead....
