finally built my own desk

i am building my wife a standing desk for christmas, it is a surprise

sometime in the early new year i am building myself a new desk out of pallet wood

shortly after that the apocalypse will render both constructions irrelevant

i wish i didn't spend the extra money on the mechanical legs for my desk, i have never stood at it

i am just going the good ole wooden legs route. current desk is too short so i'm replacing the legs with taller ones and adding another shelf

and staining this thing, it looks a mess
