I just want to know one thing:

check out the hard-on bearer in the white shirt and black bow-tie looking out at the crowd. what kind of classy joint were MA playing that security would dress like that?

Somewhere in England during the few grindcrusher shows with a.o. Napalm death. (thought it was MA, Carcass, Confessor, Napalm Death.)

You are probably 100% correct on that one. The first time they came to Europe it was a 4-band bill on a small UK tour only.

The first real Euro tour was MA and Napalm Death. Just the two of them.
