MA setlist 2023
According to setlist.fm, they kicked off their US tour like this:
1. Piles of little arms
2. D.E.A.D.
3. Garden of Disdain
4. To the Victor the Spoils
5. Paradigms Warped
6. Curse the Flesh
7. Praise the Strength
8. Abominations
9. Day of Suffering
10. Unholy Blasphemies
11. Rapture
12. Ageless, Still I Am
13. Summoning Redemption
14. God of Emptiness
15. Architect and Iconoclast
Pretty much the same setlist from where they left off in 2019. With 5 songs from the K album however, they shouldn't have promoted it as ''celebrating 40 years of acid terror''. Not that I expected lots of Vincent era songs, but leaving out anything from F (their absolute masterpiece imo) seems somewhat of a letdown.
Nevertheless, great to see my favourite guitar wizard back in action. Any Trey performance beats an IAM gig for me

I like the natural snare/drum sounds. Trey playing his solo's really well and Steve's vocals are just great.
But zero stage presence otherwise. :( Maybe the static lights are not helping either.

Re: MA setlist 2023
I don't know why they play the main riff differently. Vadim should tremolo pick like Erik did at that part. It sounds much weaker this way...
And they play the same stuff at the secound riff, the slow melodic, octave part. Erik played different notes there...
Also, he still play's Erik's solos horribly
