I think it's close to bottom-tier Opeth, personally. Didn't like it much when it came out, and it only got worse over time.

Has nothing on Heritage though. Fuck that album.

Ghost reveries is horrible... I actually stopped listening to them because of that album.

Only their latest one is what I enjoyed again.

Anyway, I also recognized this was a silly reason because I still love their old albums. I think Watershed was the last "real" Opeth album IMO, it's great.

For me the last classic opeth was the deliverance/damnation Era, still like g.r. and watershed, just to a lesser extent :bacon:

I really can't jam any album after that
