That’s what I always tell people when they ask about the best concerts I’ve been to. Rammstein in ‘12 and now Rammstein in ‘22 occupy the top 2 spots, no question. That 2012 show has been number 1 for over a decade and will probably remain so just because they played a lot more older songs then and it was a bit more intimate.

i was very happy with the setlist on this tour - heavy representation from the first three albums and the last two which are all the ones i tend to gravitate toward. i just hope this tour wasn't a bust for them financially, i really, really hope they're able to come back before they hang it up.

where were your seats on this tour? did you get floor tickets? we were in the seats kinda far back, if there's a next time i'm going to lobby for the feuerzone

Floor but not the feuerzone (it was already sold out when I got tickets). I situated myself right in the middle as close to the feuerzone railing that I could muster. Which turned out to be the perfect spot really - great sight lines of the entire stage and great for sound quality.

As for financials - I’m sure Rammstein knew going into this that their chances of selling out NFL stadiums in North America was slim to none so hopefully their break even point is somewhere around half capacity. Here’s the attendance thus far:

yeah, it was definitely short of brady-era patriots attendence, but it was a very sizable crowd. wouldn't have guessed 35k though, god damn!

the 2 years of delays surely didn't help, i have to imagine there were probably a lot of refunds that never bought back in.

saw ween last night, 5th time. the roadrunner is an awesome venue, primo layout & facilities and not a massive pain in the ass to get to for a boston show. incredible performance as usual, 33 track (34 if you count both attempts at don't laugh i love you) ~2.5 hour set with no opener. great fucking night.
