To me it seems to be an inside joke. I know some people said it should be him on dinos twitter and mark replied. I wouldnt think if it were true he would announce it like that, but this still makes me go hmm.mm

Well looks like the static x tour has been rescheduled to next year for covid concerns. But static x and ff are completing new albums this year
