Re: Lord Worm
i do not remember this sing
but lord worm is a once in a century master of the form
Capricornus Rex in tenebris
I long to feel the dark caress
Of your cloven hooves;
I seek the loving warmth of your anus
As I place my worshipful
Lips about your teats
but lord worm is a once in a century master of the form
Capricornus Rex in tenebris
I long to feel the dark caress
Of your cloven hooves;
I seek the loving warmth of your anus
As I place my worshipful
Lips about your teats

Pretty sure a lot of his shrieks were inhaled. I would do something similar at live shows. Was a real fucking bitch to pull off.

Re: Lord Worm
you keep talking about this fanfic album called "once was not", yet it doesn't exist. lord worm was the preeminent vocal star of the late gloryhole era, and nobody's ever heard from him since. and it's a shame, because he was phenomenal on those first two albums! but you know the old saying, it's better to burn out than to fade away. i'm glad he took that one to heart.

once was not is a legit album, it doesn't haven't jon but alex auburn played guitar in a similar chaotic style that had classic cryptopsy energy

Re: Lord Worm
zim bringing the win track
this was the early release leak that got us all cumming. unfortunately most of the album is worse than this track
but i stand by my evaluation that it is a damn good album on the whole. if i recall this was not divisive on mabb 2.0, most of us liked it

Re: Lord Worm
i saw them at a metalcore fest and that was great but i feel it was the beginning of the end
it was a real shame as they headlined one evening and the room wasn't that full, i felt like i was the only one who knew the songs, the next evening headliners was BRing me the horizon (before they were huge) and it was packed

Re: Lord Worm
lord worm used to talk about this weird cyclical breathing / singing thing where he could pull off minute-long screams because he could switch between inhaling and exhaling without a pause or even a blip
i never really heard evidence of this except one 37-second scream he did at one of the first reunion shows, i think it was at the beginning of crown of horns
but that wasn't, like, markedly longer than the screams he always did anyway
