Septic Flesh has been great for years and years

They indeed don't overdo it; which is the failtrap with orchestrated metal. Very artistic band

I would consider Sumerian Daemons their peak, followed by Communion

some people like to

all over Communion for some reason. it was actually the first album I heard by them, but I think Sumerian Daemons is better.

their older stuff is worth checking out too although it's a bit different.
