what i want is to be able to tune to B on a six string with correct tension and stay in tune. floyd rose just doesn't play well with that tuning so i'm kind of over it. i should just go seven string but i don't want to :ner:

i considered buying a solar guitar for about 1400 but for that money i could probably buy the tools i need to get back into woodworking and just build it myself :homework:

Ibanez has an Iron Label Baritone RG that comes stock with EMGs, no tone knob and a killswitch - played one at a store back then and felt really comfy to play although I don't play in that really low tuning so I have no interest in it.

I think they removed the killswitch in the current model so it's just a volume knob now.
