yes, i was actively gigging 10 years ago in bands and was decent at playing
now i am old, fat and i barely play but i constantly think i shouldnt waste what i could do but maybe its too late to start again

have i lost my chance? maybe? it doesn't matter to me. i chose not to pursue music full time and instead pursue a more lucrative career, i'd do it again. i've only been interested in playing death metal and there is no money in this genre to live comfortably.
i'll release my music eventually and if 0 people listen to it that's fine with me. i make music for myself first, if anyone likes it that's a bonus
