i've only listened once so far but fuck me it is awful. maybe awful isn't the word, but it's just... dead. like if you took mirrored out behind the shed, shot it in the back of the head, left it for a month or two and came back to check on it, there's gloss drop. there's some recognizable bits here and there, but the good stuff has all been picked clean by the local wildlife, or has just generally decomposed

i will revisit it again tomorrow in the hopes that i am completely wrong here, but it looks like june 7th is shaping up to be the most disappointing day of 2011 by far
