A while back I used to be heavily into martial arts and really admired bruce lee. I noticed though they seem to think(ed) the same way as far as the whole "flow" or "focus" or whatever. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USlnfTGlhXc bruce talks about his ideas. and I think we all know treys thoughts

don't worry about it. you've been here for two days. some of us have been here for the better part of a decade, repeats are inevitable. of course you'll still get chastised, but there are plenty of knowledgeable folk here who are willing to inform. stick around, read through the archives, and just have a good old time
