in spirit is the only song on here i've never been able to get into. it's possible that by track nine my brain just goes "break time"

every other song is some degree of incredible win and there are three or four absolute masterpieces going on. if none so vile is the quintessential fruital death album i reckon that king of all kings is the one that comes closest to matching the mark

me too.

As i've said a number of times, i think i'd 'enjoy them more' if it wasn't all blast-beats & break-neck speed.

even if the drums went half-time more it'd be more enjoyable and no need for "ok, now for something else...".

On "I, Monarch" my fav parts/tracks are the ones with the slow drums and patterns eg: "I Monarch's intro and "The Faceless One".

Derek is great when he plays half time grooves & patterns

Conquering the throne was a good one. King of all kings was not as good and every album afterwards has been a downhill trip.

I saw them around the time of I, Monarch and not since. I thought that jammed, and I think King of All Kings jams, but Hate Eternal still isn't one of my favourite DM bands.

They're good at what they but what they do isn't THAT exciting, sorta thing.

I'm not going to be one to put down None So Vile in any respect whatsoever. That is one of my all-time favorite albums and I can jam it at any time of the year. However, I have to 100% disagree with NSV being > any Hate Eternal album (especially the new one).
