well for one thing I'm clear headed and no longer in a constant haze and my headaches have completely disappeared. havent felt this sharp since college in the early-mid 2000s. im not bloated anymore. i can fit into size 38 jeans now. i was wearing 50. id like to get back down to a size 34 waist eventually. i should hit 200lbs around late sept/early oct if i keep this pace up. its been 6 months sober on the 25th of this month and over 5 months counting calories/carbs. Im not done drinking forever though. I plan to get a 6 pack of two hearted when i hit 200
