if there was a cheapish one i could get easily, that would actually make a few degrees difference, i would consider getting it

cheap fans can be good

the cheaper the fan the better, to a point

that point is where the fanmaker’s cost-cutting measures result in markedly poor fan performance, or outright brokenness

before that point, cheaper is likely better

though it’s tough to be cheaper than open curtains
