One of my absolute favorite bands. Being my age, this was one of the first bands you saw on TV, super cool as they were in the early gloryhole era .
I’ve basically followed this band all my life. Saw them on the pre-covid trek in Iceland in ‘18. Great show in front of 30.000 people
Use Your Illusion, were it a single album, would be one the best albums ever. And even Chinese Democracy was pretty decent

It’s a fair chance that my love for II stems from the fact that it was probably among the first 5 records I bought for my own $.

Then again..Civil War, Yesterdays, Estanged, Get In the Ring, Shotgun Blues, Don’t Cry (cheating I know, Knockin on heavens door…II simply has more standout tracks so…
