this upcoming weekend is my last on nights for a month, and i'm having trouble trying to sleep at night on my days off. rotating shifts



i hate day shifts. the "normal" schedule is nice, but i hate all the admin crap involved and dealing with the command staff on a regular basis. POO!

rotating shifts must be a pain.

yeah. we rotate from nights to days every four weeks on 12 hour shifts each. it seems like we don't get adjusted until the third week in, just to readjust the following week. so i'm just gonna cry about it!
