They want me to start asap (when this semester ends). I'll be split between IT / Web Development for the beginning and I'll probably get to choose where I'd like to stay after that.
Starting at $10.00 an hour and I'm being offered 40+ hours a week or however much/little I'd like to work.

it wasn't even an interview. it was them telling me what they do, being asked how much i want and when could i start.

they also told me i could stay on when school starts back up - so i could either drop campus my campus job then or work both

Personal recommendation: go well out of your way to do as much programming as you can at the job. You will benefit a lot from it.

That's what I plan on. I don't want to work in the IT department for longer than I need to.
The head of the web development department said he wanted to start me off with PHP.

i don't remember if i mentioned it in the other thread but the home inspection revealed too many problems, the biggest being a massive crack in the foundation

maybe but the place needed like 30k in repairs and after the down payment i would have been broke. could have made it work but i didn't feel good about it

should have hired a pi as well. for another 1k up front you could have easily gotten 30k worth of dirt on the owners
