i'm not a house owner, but the real estate market in america is pretty terrifying right now

Unless I hit the money big time, I wont ever be buying. The whole home ownership thing has this country fucked. If you look at the likes of switzerland where the home ownership is less than 20% and theyre laughing at the rest ofthe worlds financial crises.
