anyone got issues like this? shit has been making me nervous for around two months the joints in my fingers have been really sore, they hurt the most right after i wake up

Go see a doctor if it doesn’t clear up. Don’t let them just give you pain killers if it is something serious.

no, i'm still having issues with my hands

in another thread there was something about foods causing inflammation. This is anecdotal, but I realized that eliminating gluten and refined sugars from my diet stopped my joints from hurting. It was a night and day difference for me. Also, since I lift weights, I take a joint supplement (it contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM) all of which are very good for your joints and that helps a ton. Another thing is just being well hydrated and getting adequate fats in your diet because your body uses fat to help keep joints lubricated. Having a healthy amount of body fat can also help.

stretching can help, as well as massage techniques and keeping your muscles less tight.

***I guess it really depends what the specific issue is. I generally look towards diet and lifestyle before considering if its a "serious problem." It could be that your cartilage is wasting, which I don't have any experience with...................yet

That being said, it can also be genetic, and it can also be ageing (I'm only 31 so wtf do i know?), or it can be something that I am unaware of. This is just my anecdotal and google opinion.

My dad has bad finger arthritis the six gave him a fancy brace it helped him a lot

i've been playing guitar and using a keyboard/mouse for the majority of my days for like ..20 years, i wouldn't be surprised if it was some kind of arthritis.
