To lose 125lbs this year and get down to 200. So far since the beginning of October I’m down 27 lbs. quitting alcool and not eating fast food every meal really helps. Who’d have thought

....you're over 300 lbs? Weren't you a slim hard-on bearer? Are you exceptionally tall or something?

I was 339 at the doctor October 11th. Currently I’m 310. I was skinny, or normal, around 175, until about 2012 then I started putting on the pounds as the craft beer scene exploded here in Fargo. I started drinking every night as much as possible. I’m only 6’0

I did/am. I don’t drink pop. I’m only eating 30g carbs a day max. Eating salads, almonds, a ton of eggs, broccoli, and spinach.

All the pictures you've posted here were of you fairly slim and I remember seeing recent ones where you appeared slim. Were you posting pre-2012 photos this whole time? Seems like what someone would do on tinder but not here. I thought we could trust you.

Nah, if you notice they are all strategically from the chest/head up
All my fat is concentrated to my stomach, hips and thighs. Calves, arms, and head are pretty normal.

My resolutions this year:
Train as much jiu jitsu as I can but keeping a healthy pace, live healthier and leaner through it.
Grow within the company I work for to a team leader.
Figure out what the fuck I want to do with my relationship.

Here are my resolutions
- Either get promoted or get a new job, that makes me more money
- Do a part-time course or two in my field that makes me a little more qualified
- Develop a plan to invest money
- Decrease my costs to live more efficiently
- Shift to a 3 bedroom apartment

14 days in to the new year, I am pleased to report that I am already making progress on two of the below points. I have begun a certificate training program with an exam date now booked. This training is actually linked to the first point, which is to make myself qualified enough to get a better job. Secondly I was already able to cut down my auto-insurance by about $50 a month, so that's $600 savings I can expect by the end of this year. So far so good.

hmm nothing quite as ambitious as my new album every day scheme for 2019
i would like to lose some weight and to that end i mainly need to cut back on drinking and go back to prepping most of my food and skipping takeout. so far i've managed to give up weeknight drinking, and having bought a couple of kitchen appliances to circumvent the need to rely on the broken stovetop has allowed me to skip on the takeout while i'm at home. no clue how long either of those will keep up but i'm seeing a tiny bit of progress at least

Try and find a new job closer to home. Gain eight pounds and regain some strength, I feel weak. Drink more with a focus on cognac, I've had a couple of bottles in the past and it's just an interesting drink

Finish some books I have lying around

I feel actually mobile now, it’s great. I live on the top floor of my apartment building and I’ve started taking the stairs up and down instead of the elevator. 6 flights total from the underground parking garage to my floor. Still a long ways to go but I’m feeling great.

I lost 16 kg. Started at 105 before last summer, now 89 last weekend when I weighed in at training. Now to stay around 90 but build muscle.

That’s great dude! The lighter you are the harder it gets to lose weight so that’s awesome! I’m dreading hitting the plateau.
