youtube is guaranteed to have live streams from every major news network
in before it looks like biden is winning and out of the reports of bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea winning come pouring in

i have a long list of down-ballot races and demographic trends in several key regions ready to observe as the votes come in
on election night i will either study that list like a criminal mastermind planning one final heist
or fuck off from all of it and eat an entire thc cookie, falling into a blissful twelve-hour sleep

Next Tuesday will be a day of much anxiety. I suspect Donny will declare victory even if he is way behind. Prepare for the shit show, duders.
Hasn't he already declared he won?

My state went from polling places to polling centers due a lack of election judges. Working 10 hour days doesn't leave a ton of time to squeeze it in.

it is total bullshit that you can only go to one polling station to vote
Re: elections thread

by Methuselah Honeysuckle
On a normal year when all the polling stations are open i don't even go to the closest one, which is a block and a half away. I need to get in the car and drive like 3 miles away to go vote.

so today there was an increase of more COVID deaths in the united states in one day than there has been during the whole pandemic in australia
and news headlines were "americans are boarding up shop windows and fearful of armed violence on election night"

Yeah a few of the ones I've seen around here have a McDonald's. Few of them have the subway/auntie anne's combo too.

i have no idea who is going to win but i think it will be neck and neck the entire night. i expect bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea to claim an early victory because bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea. i also kind of expect a replay of 2016, joe will be ahead until near the end and then bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea will swoop in with the win.
friends of mine think there will be riots (in major cities) regardless of who wins. i'd like to see bag of diarrhea inside another, bigger bag of diarrhea lose but i will not be surprised at all if he wins. another fellating lover of mine actually thinks a civil war will start and the country will fall apart.
i hate politics and will happily go back to ignoring them as much as i can wednesday morning

i don't log out of work until 11PM CEST, so at least for me sometime after that!
Re: elections thread

So 10pm CET because CEST is summer time?
Re: elections thread
Posted: 03 Nov 2020, 03:28
by jawn galliano
i guess this would've been easier if i'd just said 5pm EST instead of assuming the S in CEST also stood for standard
i think it should be 11 your time though, i'm normally -6 hours from your time zone except during that gap where our extended daylight savings are still in effect, which just ended this weekend
