Hobby wise been making up some heavy riffs on my bass with a distortion pedal, and making up slow gloryhole era sounding songs on guitar

Overall, doing okay.
That said, I inherited my mother in law‘s Dog earlier this year from my father in law who couldn’t care for him anymore. He Wasn’t in the best of health then but we’ve given him a good home with us. Unfortunately his health has rapidly deteriorated recently to the point where he can barely stand without falling over. Scheduled to have him put down tomorrow...

I feel healthy and am full of energy. Work is good and I am sharp No love. Hobbies are on hold My cooking is almost always fresh but a little monotonous. Spicy tofu is the main course in this period.
I’ve read this 17 times and I still can’t figure out what it means.

health is not amazing right now. doctor is suspecting silent reflux which has damaged my throat and there's no telling how long it will take to heal. i can't do vocals for my music which makes me feel crippled and really depressed.
also struggling with TMJ (temporomandibular joint dysfunction) which is a horrible fucking pain you experience in your jaw for what seems like no reason.

As soon as I quit drinking and eating garbage my acid reflux stopped instantaneously. Not saying it would for you too but maybe try eat a bit healthier. I haven’t needed a tums or Prilosec since January.

ive been working on some diet change. what's funny is that I don't have acid reflux symptoms. it's just quietly screwing up my throat.
this actually derails me from my current promotion track which is dependent on completing a number of rigidly-defined milestones, none of which i will have time for while i am stuck bailing my department out from this fucking bullshit

yesterday was indeed a good day, though dangerous, as i forgot my bike lights and had to cycle for ten kilometres through midnight darkness severely inebriated, several near collisions
