The work and shit getting dumped on me, the constantly changing requirements for work etc, was getting to be a bit too much and I snapped, if you can call it that. I didn't raise my voice or anything but made it clear I wasn't happy with the way I was being managed. That created plenty of awkwardness for the rest of today, but things cooled down towards the later part of it.
So less than three months into my job that I got after 4 months of unemployment, I'm already putting myself in harms way as far as job security is concerned. But this stupid disorganized micromanaging shit was getting ridiculous and I felt I had to push back against it, otherwise I was going to get trampled on all throughout, and crack. I'm a man with dignity and pride, and there's only so much shit I can take. I'm better and smarter than this piece of shit job is utilizing me for.
I'll be applying to new jobs pretty soon.

That sounds very revolutionary. Think we need to temper these calls to action a little bit.
A good employer will acknowledge this type of behavior and try to listen. I do it about once a week and ain't never been reprimanded in any way. In fact, I've held the same job for 7 yrs. Speak your mind in an orderly manner and maybe they'll make an attempt to change but; don't hold your breathe for actual change. Employers tend to look the other way about those types of things.

This is mostly bullshit that's taught in business text books but never actually happens.

In my experiences it works. Of course, you need to be able to back these words up with quality workmanship and have a credible history to go along with your insight to the task at hand.

The plot thickens. The problem is that your boss is a woman. See.....they have ovaries, which is why they ovary-act.
