Oh yeah I jam a lot of vegetables, but this toe pain comes and goes, and it's been this way for atleast 5 years now :/

Nope just a huge aaa corn on the bottom of my big right toe again. Pumice stone doesn’t help.

I had that before foot pain is bad
Recovering from my second major sprain as we speak
Gout I’m pretty sure any inflammatory food can worsen it

i think some foods can provoke an episode of gout, but i dont think its true that certain foods just generally cause joint or muscle inflammation

They absolutely do I suffer from chronic migraines and a few other issues I can attest foods with wheat, sugar, alcohol, and potatoes worsen all my issues
I’ve been told by two doctors including the specialist that it’s not unusual
As for gout it’s a build up of it if acid which is worsened by a lot of foods other than inflammatory ones including fish and fruit.
