today i experienced some of the worst pain in my life, i'm pretty sure you called it rhino, i think i have an abscessed tooth

i was shaking and sweating from the pain, i even tried punching my door to distract myself. i thought i was going to pass out at one point

closest dentist appointment is a month away

pretty sure it's in one of my wisdom teeth which is due to be pulled anyway. honestly the only way i got through today was to ask my dad for some of his pain meds, i didn't want to do it but good lord i was fucking miserable

i've been going to the same dentist for a few years, don't want to switch because the others are kind of crap. they are just backed up i guess

Yeah that’s definitely an emergency type situation zimmer. Call again and tell them you need to be soon ASAP

yeah might try that. the pain eventually passed today, it has never been that bad before. it was bizarre, i don't think i've ever had something hurt that much. even when i broke my wrist or had a deep glass cut

A summer release

got bumped up to the 28th for a consultation, going to stop being such a bitch and tell them to rip all my wisdom teeth out. after that pain on friday i am prepared to go through whatever i have to to not feel that again. take care of your fuckin' teeth guys

i had that pain on friday, first time was after i ate something really cold, second was after something hot. the pain hasn't returned since then, i've been careful about what i'm eating/drinking. been anxious as fuck though about the pain returning.

friday pain hasn't returned but i've been insanely anxious about it. jaw/gum has been kind of sore but manageable. i hope i can get scheduled to pull these tooth fucks out not too long after the consultation. i'm going to eat like 5 pizzas in a row after all this is over. i feel so dramatic lately

that intense pain has made me feel reflective though, gotta get my shit under control and take care of myself better. i never want to experience that kind of pain again if i can help it. if i'm starting to learn anything about getting older, it's that i can no longer just ignore things hoping they go away

had dentist consult yesterday. got xrays and dentist looks at my teeth and looks at me..

dentist: you know what i'm gonna say?
me: wisdom teeth gotta go
dentist: oh yeah
me: will they put me out?
dentist: oh shit yeah



10 days of antibiotics to clear an infection in my tooth and a referral to dental surgeon and then we'll get this shit taken care of. gotta say i am slightly scared but it seems pretty routine

I got my wisdom teeth out when I was 17. Easy peasy.
