2 songs done, 6 or 7 in progress. desperately want to finish but no energy or motivation lately. i don't know how people do it

i struggle so much with the song writing, i honestly just don't understand how some people can crank out so many riffs. hope i can meet a drummer some day, would really like to record and tour at least once before i kick the bucket.Skinfection wrote: ↑17 Jan 2021, 11:04Aye. the songs have some working titles / placeholders and i have a few ideas for a band name but nothing solid yet. don't know how i'm supposed to settle on a band name. i was set on one for years but now i don't like it

man the creativity struggles are no joke. best i've come up with is an album title & conceptual frame. musically i have a million half ideas that all disintegrate as soon as i try to wring them out of the ether. shit sucks dawg
