Someone cook my burgers:

High% fat lamb mince. 2.5-3.5oz balls not too compressed. Put balls in hot pan, squash down into patties. Salt and pepper in the pan. Flip and do the other side when looking cooked (not long depending on how thin you squashed). Slap that American plastic Cheese on the patties in the pan til melted. Mix mayo and mint sauce. Slice red onion. Toast brioche buns. Put sauce on either side of bun. Stack burgers on each other. Top with red onion. There you go. Bone app her teeth. Serve with sweet potato wedges/fries or something.

I guess I could eat that but I don't know why anyone would use the fake cheese when you can use real cheese

Well you could use proper cheese for sure, but the American plastic cheese just melts quite satisfactory and kinda binds the smashed burgers together quite well, adding more of a kinda extra moisture and squish than strong taste.
