Yes. There's always a jar of jalapenos along side some banana peppers and hots in my fridge.

My buddy has begun the process to run his own thing doing pickled/canned/cured/smoked foods all locally sourced. Currently have a jar of regular jalapenos and a bread & butter one he made. Shit is delicious.

i don't eat jalapenos much as they are not really a thing in asian food, se asia goes for the little birds eye guys mostly

If I make anything that calls for spice and don’t use hot sauce - I am chopping up a jalapeño. Fresno peppers work great too, They’re basically red jalapeños with just a slight different taste.
