Summer is still here, but the cooler weather will be here before we know it. So far its been pretty uneventful, but i plan on taking full advantage of the rest of the summer on my days off and getting a lot of outdoorsin' in

How has it the your has been summer, did you the vacation to it or have big fun?

It's been a fine summer I realised I should be content with what I have, not perfect but still a lot Looking for positivity Still time but not much time left to postpone.
This month I have a short trip planned with friends

Busy as fuck at work. So I've just been enjoying the downtime I get and sarding about when I can.

I honestly can't even remember what my last road trip was. However next month I am headed northward for beers and hangs . Followed by the big disney trip with the kids in November

by any objective measure it has been a good summer but i haven't let that get in the way of falling into a state of general despair

Summer has been red tape and drama. The agency my brother gets his services from is basically (rightfully so) being shut down and I am switching him to a pilot program that does not involver agencies for his care.

It gives us more autonomy and independence but is a pain getting all the paperwork needed to make it official.

I hope i said this in a way that makes sense I know this is an area most have zero knowledge of.

It’s been Smokey as fuck due to the Canadian wild fires lately but I am enjoying my new house that I moved into a couple of weeks ago - lots of work to do and still some stuff to unpack but it’s slowly coming together. Can’t believe it’s august already.

I'm glad we haven't had a scorching summer so far.
