Are you sleeping much? I know you don’t sleep at night.

rotating back into a more normal pattern right now, takes awhile. I think I might have sleep apnea

ive got something going on with my throat that I think might be causing it. its like I have a layer of mucus on the back of my throat that doesn't go away and I can't clear my throat either. it's been an issue for about a year now. doesn't hurt, no problems swallowing, etc, just feels like there's always phlegm in my throat

first doc prescribed allergy medicine, next doc prescribed acid reflux meds, and then allergy meds again. I gave up and just live with it cause none of that really helped. i did just buy a new otc allergy med hoping it helps.

Obesity definitely exasperates it and in some cases causes it. Obstructive sleep apnea (the most common) is the soft todsues in the throat blocking your airways. People with enlarged necks are at high risk as well. I notice a lot of former clients with down down syndrome had it due to enlarged tongues.

There are other types of sleep apnea like central which is where the brain causes the apneas. This is usually in stroke and brain cancer patients.

Complex sleep apnea is the third type. From what I understand this is central sleep apnea that occurs in obstructive sleep apnea patients. I have only ever heard this one mentioned I am much more familiar with obstructive sleep apnea.

Speaking from experience (I was diagnosed about 10 years ago) losing weight is much more egfective than the cpaps for obstructive sleep apnea. The issue, most struggle to keep that weight off myself included.

what is your complete list of medical problems, noyka

Autism
Pan.ic disorder
Chronic migraine
Sleep apnea
Binge eating disorder (causes most health issues including pancreatitis last year thats when i got very serious about controlling that shit)

Used to have metabolic sybdrome but cured that with diet just like got my migraines under control that way. Food and weight really fuck you up, no pity party straight facts. People don’t want to take responsibility and attempt changes instead they try to justify their addiction to food.

Pan.ic is controlled with cbd and my service dog - i have come off all my medications now thank god.
