clear across to the other side of this city, to a less toilet part
it is a fairly amazing house, generally superior to the one in which we live now
the house is walking distance to most every thing
and it appears we are going to make a great deal of money even after buying a new house, thanks to the selling of our current house
strange times, very strange

How long have you been in your current place? Not long I reckon. House have a lot of issues?

naah the house is fine, it's a bit beat up but there's nothing wrong with it
we moved here in 2018. for where we are it's an ideal location but where we are still sucks, something that has become increasingly clear over the last couple of years. we started looking in better places more out of curiosity than anything else, then realized we could afford to move if we sold our current house. then within the same 24 hours we found out we had buyers for it and that our offer on the other one had been accepted, so off we trot
