Ugh, I want to bundle up in a cave and stay there until the end. Not too excited about the new job prospects I guess but willing to leave the current one

Almost 4 years at my current job. Moved to many roles and positions, just got into the ecom team now for the first month. Happy so far. Way less stress, no phonecalls with customers, all back-end work. Tis good

I hit 2 years on June 1st but I honestly don't know how much longer I'll be there. I've already got feelers out and have a really good offer on the table. On the other hand though I've begun spinning the wheels to get my manager replaced

Besides him just generally be ineffective in that seat, he decided he doesn't work Saturdays anymore. Everybody works some Saturdays in this field it's just how it is.
Hell I've worked 3 out of the last 4.

I've done so many interviews now I can add this to my asset list. But the job probably isn't for me, too technical

just interviewed for an internal job at my place, not a chance i'll get it but i need do something about my SITUATION
i get 29 days holiday + bank holidays (8 days)

After 10+ years I think I topped out at about 6 weeks paid time off between vacation, holidays, and some last minute sick days. That's considered pretty good here.
