Christmas i deep fried fish and chicken. Only fry now days for my paw paw and great aunt.

It's been years. Also no frozen pizza, crisps or microwave dinners. My diet has improved :idea: Now considering using less fat in my cooking :bulb:

I think popcorn is the best alternative

Apples and fruit are excellent for sweet alternatives

I dump it in a can or bottle and throw it away unless its usable to fry again. No different than shallow frying.
