have asked this before but what most recent thing really fucking pissed you off?

i can't think of the last time i was severely pissed off.. maybe when my boss talked a coworker fellating lover out of a good job offer and he got a big raise instead, was pretty pissed/jealous over that

all the horrible political choices our government is making with the globalist plans of the EU and WEF.
farmers getting robbed of their land and family heritage, creating food scarcity, creating extremely high gas, energy and food prices all while blaming everything on Russia and Putin while it's the US, EU and NATO instigating all of it.
the mass mainstream media not covering any of this from a neutral viewpoint, keeping people dumb and misinformed while calling the truth as misinformation.
the mass-hysteria about covid upcoming autumn/winter season ...

this world is seriously going down the drain while we will all be enslaved, brainwashed and mind controlled.

I could go on

oh yeah there's all of that, the state of the world is pretty upsetting but i pay less attention to it than i probably should. i feel too helpless against all of it to help so i try not to spend too much time being angry about it.

i work in the consumer banking sector in a back-office role, which is a long-winded way of saying 'i work on the computer'

my business area mainly deals with customer intake (but thankfully it's not actually a customer-facing department, that piece is all handled by frontline staff), my role kinda changes day to day because i am one of the only people that knows all of the department functions. when things are normal and we're fully staffed though, i handle all of our department's testing, projects and process improvement

right now however, because of senior management's complicity in allowing a massive wave of fraud to proliferate unchecked, our volume has very predictably quadrupled over the last couple months. obviously, staffing has not followed suit, so it's a total clusterfuck. in practice all i do right now is answer calls from frontline staff all day

I was sitting on a fishing dock in peace and quiet and then these annoying Somali teenagers walked up, took a picture of me, started making all kinds of noise, and began throwing trash into the otherwise unpolluted lake at ducklings. was mostly just intended to be a springboard to an MD or PhD that i never wound up pursuing because my life got blown apart halfway through undergrad. have not used it professionally since i graduated and never will
