this shit sucks yo. feels like a huge downgrade.

windows 10 was already a downgrade

win10 is alright now but it was not for the first couple years

windows 10 was an upgrade from windows 8 - which was outright terrible. it seems they're keeping to the ratio of every other release being good / bad.

windows 7 was the best windows

Windows 11 is horrible my comp did the same thing

I also mistakenly got lenovo so double stupid on my part

my computer has been asking me to do such bullshit things but i have resisted thus far

if it does it without my consent, i will do something back to IT without ITS consent

the very first thing windows did when i installed it on the new machine was suggest the upgrade. and then a few more times on subsequent reboots. but i resisted and it seems to have relented... for now

I had the same - it kept asking and I kept saying no, but it did it anyways.

Mein Kampf-puter is about ten years old so it's hard to tell, but whenever an update is in store everything starts slowing down enough that there's basically no choice other than to restart it. It never fails that things get clunkier from there. But in all fairness I'm not sure if it's bad software or an old PC. Maybe both. I might just have to use a typewriter going forward. Does MABB have an address I can mail posts to?
