i wake up about every 2 hours, think i've got sleep apnea. scheduled a doc appointment last week and the nearest date was 4 weeks out
Sleep doctors are a pain in the ass to get started with. Took my dad 2 months to finally get my results to confirm he does in fact still have sleep apnea.
Getting a cpap right now is even worse due to supply chain issues

i've been to this doctor a few times and let him know about the sleep issues. i also have some kind of weird throat issue going on + acid reflux so he wanted to try treating the acid for awhile and see if that helped but it hasn't. but i've recently confirmed that i snore like a dying pig and i started tracking my sleep with a smartwatch which shows it's not been great.
also i've had this throat issue for like two years now and would probably cry tears of joy if it ever went away. basically its a constant feeling of mucus in the back of my throat and i can't clear it no matter what i do. coughing, spitting, drinking, allergy meds, etc, nothing clears it. i can never get the sensation of clearing my throat. no pain or other symptoms, some days it's worse than others.
Also explain to them what you want them for, and they will set you up
so do these actually give you a buzz or anything like that

Yeah not gonna lie the delta 8/9 get me quite high. Even though most shops cant legally tell you that, but there are gummies that just give you the cbd effect
Im talking from personal experience thc gummies don’t work either.
Acid reflux could be from weight gain if you sleep on your side try staying on your right it opens up your stomach valve and actually helps with acid reflux.

is your nose blocked
one side is almost always blocked, it switches sides but almost always. didn't used to be like that though. sometimes i wake up and my tongue is pressed against the roof of my mouth and i'm only breathing through one nostril, it makes me wake up feeling kind of out of breath

i bought a bottle of cbd oil and have been taking it for a few days but i don't think it's doing anything

I don't know what it is, but if you ever feel like traveling, it looks like you can get you stuff to help you sleep in the streets of kensington

i discovered that a double dose of this stuff basically gets me high
i got prescribed pantoprazole and famotidine. the pantoprazole is making me feel sick, i don't think i can keep taking it
Maybe check your diet?
Get rid of all the soda and/or other unhealthy processed foods. Might work better than these meds.
that's the plan. I don't really even have acid problems like heart burn or burping but I guess I'm having issues with acid in my throat at night maybe.

Why is it a plan?
Just cut it out of your diet.
Not buying shit food or drinks so you don't have the choice at home is a really good step forward.
