i vote we do it in worcester for reasons of personal laziness, however i will obviously go in on accommodations with the group as i cannot host and would feel weird being holed up in my apartment with everyone in town

i'm flexible on length of meetup since its only 2ish hours' drive and i usually have more PTO than i know what to do with. i should be able to accommodate whatever works for those traveling actual distances

Stormy is correct. That's about a 7 hour drive with zero stops.
I assumed we were making a weekend of this whole thing. So I was contemplating hitting up the 4/13 show in lancaster and just driving up from there the next day.
